A little about  me... 

I was born and raised in the woods of Minnesota, but made my way West to Idaho and discovered my love for the mountains. I have been trail running as long as I can remember, as trails are the natural gateway to many great adventures.

I am a dog mom of 3 (Sage the Pitbull, Suka the Husky and Onyx the Husky. The 2 huskies are often romping the mountain tops, traversing the ridges and swimming in mountain lakes with me!

I am a full time Occupational Therapist and currently work with some amazing staff at Idaho State University in the Occupational Therapy Assistant Program. My job is incredibly flexible to permit my running passion and I am incredibly grateful for this!
